You will be interested in our specialty, the production of a unique booklet that pictures all those who attend your coming reunion. A photographic remembrance of the event will provide your classmates and guests with many pleasant memories.

Frequently Asked Questions

The following will answer many of your questions concerning the program:

 

Q: How much is the booklet?

A: The color booklet is $10.00 per copy + tax with a minimum of 50 books per order.

 

Q: What is meant by "Deluxe" booklet?

A: The 'Deluxe " booklet is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 with a 16 pictures per page format.

It includes:

a) deluxe cover,

b) a front introductory page which can include a committee picture (design it as you wish),

c) an activity page of candid photos taken during the evening by your committee or alumnus,

d) a complete pictorial section picturing all those in attendance, followed by a directory which lists the names and addresses of all those that attended the reunion. We will also include the names and addresses of those who purchase a memory booklet but were unable to attend, (of course, no picture will be included for these entries.)

 

Q: What other types of books are available?

A: We also offer an 8 1/2 x 11 color book in a 25 picture per page format. The cost is $15.00 per book, which includes mailing.

 

Q: Can we order extra pages or a different cover?

A: Yes. The charge is $50.00 for each additional page for the small book, and $100 per page for the large book.

 

Q: Do you require a contract or a deposit in advance?

A: There is NO advanced deposit or contract required. We do, however, need a work schedule filled out and returned to us

at the earlie5t date possible so that we may schedule our photographers.

 

Q: What is the minimum size group required?

A: A minimum size group for this project should be about 50 couples, or four pages of pictures. Should the number of couples fall below 50, the committee must still be billed for the cost of 50 booklets.

 

Q: When are our alumnus photographed?

A: We have found it best to photograph each couple as they arrive. A committee member stationed at the check-in table should direct guests to go immediately to the photographer to have their photo taken. Also, guests should be asked to put

on their name badges AFTER being photographed The photography work should be done before any socializing or festivities begin.

 

Q: What is the purpose of the address cards?

A: The address cards are used by the photographer, they keep faces in the same order as the names. T o avoid any chance of confusion or undue delay on the night of your event, we strongly suggest that a committee member fill out the card prior to reunion night. (Typewritten or mailing label preferred.)

 

Q: Who does the mailing of the booklets?

A: We will handle all the mailing and packaging at no additional cost.

 

Q: Can extra booklets be ordered?

A: Yes. And purchasing extra booklets is a good idea as there are usually people who can't attend but would like to have a booklet. The price for each additional booklet ordered is $8 for small book and $12 for the large book. These extra books are mailed to the committee in bulk and the committee is responsible for mailing.

 

Q: Can additional pictures be ordered?

A: Yes. Included in the package that is sent to each home is a reorder form that can easily be filled out to order extra photos.

 

Q: How do we price our ticket for alumnus attending alone?

A: Since the single gets a booklet just like a couple, the price for a booklet to a single is the same as to a couple.

 

Q: How do we afford this program if our ticket price has already been established?

A: One of our representatives will be happy to come to a committee meeting to help you with the methods of financing or, a member of your committee can be stationed at the check-in table to accept payment from each guest for the booklet.

 

Q: How many photographers will we need at our event?

A: Our experience shows that one photographer can easily handle most events. However, if you expect an unusually large crowd we will use our best judgment in supplying as many photographers as the job requires.

 

Q: What if our committee has already made plans for a souvenir project?

A: PRDE-PAC has various ways of adapting our booklet program to you specific needs. Our representative will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
